Terms and Conditions

 

• This product is warranty against defective materials and manufacturing faults for a period of one year from the date of purchase

​

• The product must be register with 7 days from purchase date. Otherwise 3 years free servicing & refilling will start from the manufacturing year.

​

• 3 years free servicing & refilling at no additional cost. Note : The 3rd year servicing date has to fulfill within 3 years from date of purchase.

​

• This warranty does not cover repair or replacement of parts damaged by misuse, accident, negligence, alteration, modification, or in any way being tampered with, or repair or service by any servicing organisation.

​

• Product to be send down & self collect at the following service address : No 1 Woodlands Terrace, Lingjack Industrial Building, Singapore 738471. Cost of transportation to and fro to be bared by owner.

​

• Under no condition must the SETSCO label be tempered with by dealer or customer, otherwise the warranty will be void.

​

• Servicing & refilling will take 5 - 7 working days.

​​

• Items send in for repair or service must be collected within 30 days from the date of received. Item will be dispose if failure to comply.
